Returns — start a return online
Would you like to return your order? Submit your return online, then send the items to the address below.
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
How to request a return
- Sign in with an email code. Click the button above, enter the email address used for your order, and enter the code you receive. No password is needed.
- Select your order and items. Open the order, choose the return option, select the items, and submit your request. You will receive confirmation by email.
- Send the parcel at your own expense. Choose and pay a carrier to deliver the parcel to our store address. Keep your proof of postage. Send the items back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may include your order number to help us identify your parcel. Free delivery of your order does not include return shipping.

You may also notify us of your withdrawal by emailing carlamorenocollection@gmail.com or sending a written statement. The online form is optional. If your order is not visible in your account, please email us with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or you received a different product from the one ordered, contact us at carlamorenocollection@gmail.com. We handle these claims separately. Our buyer-paid return shipping policy does not limit your statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract.
